Symposium Speaker: Giuseppe Tosto, MD

Dr. Giuseppe Tosto is a neurologist and Assistant Professor in Neurology at Columbia University, New York. He completed his residency training in Neurology at University “La Sapienza” in Rome (Italy) where he also completed the Neuroscience PhD program. He then joined Columbia University in 2011, first as a post-doc and then as an Assistant Professor of Neurology. His lab conducts genetic epidemiology research focusing on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia in admixed populations. He is the PI of multiple projects currently recruiting participants in U.S, Mexico, Peru, and Bolivia.
