CICB’s Dr. Satya Sahoo’s graduate student Katrina Prantzalos to present at the 2024 Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing!

CWRU Epidemiology and Biostatistics (EPBI) graduate student Katrina Prantzalos, mentored by Cleveland Institute for Biology (CICB) faculty Dr. Satya Sahoo, will be presenting her paper “MaTiLDA: An Integrated Machine Learning and Topological Data Analysis Platform for Brain Network” at the upcoming 2024 Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing on the Big Island of Hawaii.
